Terms and Conditions
* Confidentiality
All information exchanged, whether written or spoken, during the program shall remain confidential and private among the participating students, teachers, and mentors.
* Mentoring Inclusion Agreement
By signing this contract, the undersigned acknowledges the inclusion of mentoring services in the total tuition.
* Payment Plan
Throughout the enrollment period, the undersigned agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file with iamHeart, Inc. Automatic payments will be processed on the first day of the month or the first business day of the month. Missed payments will be reprocessed every 1 to 3 days until payment is complete.
* Withdrawal
Participants may withdraw from the Connecting with Heart program by notifying the Executive Director of iamHeart, Inc. at heart@iamheart.org. The official withdrawal date is the date iamHeart receives written notice, unless an expected last date of attendance is specified.
* Refund Policy
If payments exceed program costs, iamHeart, Inc. will refund tuition on a pro-rated basis, minus a $200 administration fee.
Refunds for withdrawal during the Connecting with Heart program are calculated based on the program completion table. For instance, in a nine-week course, a withdrawal at the end of the third week results in a 70% refund, while no refund is given for withdrawals in the fifth week or later.
Mentoring sessions received and scheduled for the month of withdrawal are non-refundable.
* Limit to Refunding
Withdrawals after half of the Connecting with Heart program is completed require full payment. No refunds are issued after the halfway point (May 20th) and charges continue according to the payment plan through the program's end.
* Unforeseen Events
iamHeart shall not be liable for cancellations or delays in the Connecting with Heart program due to Acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood, labor difficulties, government regulations, or other causes beyond its control.
* Probation, Suspension, and Termination
Students violating the iamHeart Code of Conduct, failing to meet financial obligations, or not meeting program requirements may face suspension or termination. If terminated, the refund policy outlined above applies.
* Agreement
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to join the Connecting with Heart Class of January 2024 and agree to the payment plan of $290 for 9 months, Jan-Sept 2024 on the 1st of every month.
