Refund Policy 

A minimum fee of $200 is required for administration. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid regardless of any financial aid received. iamHeart, Inc. will retain the $200 from any payments you have already made. 

Halfway Point: If you officially withdraw from the program before the halfway point (September 1, 2027), no further tuition payments will be required after the date your withdrawal notice is received. Tuition obligations will be determined by the date of official withdrawal notification, not by the date a student ceases participation in program activities. No refunds or retroactive adjustments will be made for periods during which a student did not participate but did not provide official notice of withdrawal. If you withdraw on or after September 1, 2027, the full tuition amount becomes due. If you are enrolled in a payment plan, your scheduled payments will continue until the remaining balance is paid in full.

Payment Plan: Tuition is paid in 21 monthly installments of $390 beginning November 1, 2026 and ending July 1, 2028. 

Pay in Full Option: If you pay in full, your tuition is treated as a $310 deposit plus 21 installments. Should you withdraw before completion, iamHeart will retain the deposit plus the number of installments equal to the number of months you were enrolled. For example, if you pay in full and withdraw in the 4th month, iamHeart will retain the $310 deposit plus 4/21 installments, and the balance will be refunded. 

Mentoring & Retreats: Any mentoring sessions you receive or have scheduled for the month of your withdrawal are non-refundable. Tuition for a residency or private retreat is non-refundable once the retreat has started. 

Limitation to Refunding: iamHeart, like other small specialized schools, relies on student enrollment for planning, budgeting, and staffing. The Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education allows schools to require full payment if you withdraw after completing half of the iamU program.
